Step Up To Serve Campagin #iwill

In November 2013 HRH The Prince of Wales, alongside the Prime Minster and other party leaders, launched the #iwill campaign. Its' goal is to highlight the wide-ranging benefits of young people, between the ages of 10-20, taking part in social action. Defined as 'practical action is the service of others to create positive change' social action includes activities such as campaigning, fundraising and volunteering.

Volunteer Now is the NI partner of the Step Up to Serve Campaign and we are aiming to increase youth social action by:
Increasing the number of pledges to the Campaign - visit the to see the pledges already made by NI organisations, business, schools etc.
Increasing the number of young people involved in social action through:
- Developing and promoting case studies
- Working with the #iwill ambassadors as they encourage their peers
- Sharing good practice and learning
- Contributing to UK initiatives
